‼️Unprofessional and very irresponsible. ‼️What should’ve been a safe and simple routine cleaning for my partner turned into a painful experience. The periodontal test for your gums done before the cleaning is used harshly on patients to falsify your oral health on record , and force you to get extensive cleaning in which you have to pay extra out of pocket for. During the visit on Friday, August 21st, 2026 my partner and I had an appointment at this facility. A hygenist named Daniella performed the test on my partner and it caused immediate bleeding in the roof of his mouth. When Dr. Sherri Ann Scott was called in to examine furthermore, she then tries to tell my partner that he would need to pay more for an extensive cleaning. Which in all brings an up-charge to your visit . Our appointment was covered in full untill they find dangerous loopholes to manipulate you with. No apologies, no routine cleaning done, and absolutely nothing was done to staunch the blood of their newest patient.. Majority of the staff (including the office manager) except for one, left the office and did not come back to speak with the patient and take accountability . To anyone reading this , includi

I visit this ofice because my wife told me that she was treate very nice. And then my douther was there too and tell me the same think. So i want to make sure that is right and i got my apoiment and visit this ofice, and i got sorprise; all the personal are VERY VERY NICE AND COURTEUOS; and Dr. Sherry Scoot who treet me, she is wonderful. And the ladies at the front desk are SPECTACULAR. God bless you all and keep that way.

So far so good. Just started going there & Fabio was my Hygienist for a 2 part deep cleaning. I am very happy with his treatment & would highly recommend him. Thank you for cleaning my teeth & being as gentle & courteous as could be.

My first time coming to Bright Now was a very great experience from beginning to end! From scheduling my appointment with Brinda who was very professional over the phone to meeting Dr. Laura and her Assistant Yaira - having a tooth extracted is very scary for someone like me who is terrified of Visiting a Dental office- but I have to say Dr. Laura was amazing at explaining everything step by step and helping me to keep calm during the procedure that took about 15 minutes. After care was explained and I was on my way home with no PAIN ! Thank you again Dr.Laura. I definitely recommend!!
